When do you feel most energized in your work—and what does that say about your leadership style?

I'm most energized when I'm architecting a complete GTM transformation—designing strategy, building the team, implementing systems, and watching revenue scale predictably. That's when I'm in my element: hands-on, strategic, and focused on sustainable growth.

Tell me about a high-stakes challenge you faced as a leader—how did you approach it, and what did you learn?

At Kelmer, I founded the APAC division from scratch: zero brand, zero team, zero revenue. I designed the GTM strategy, hired and trained a team of 15, and hit profitability in 18 months. The lesson: strategic clarity + hands-on execution + team alignment = sustainable growth. Over-planning kills momentum.

I want to be remembered as the operator who transformed struggling sales organizations into revenue-generating machines. Not through theory or decks—through hands-on strategy, team building, and relentless execution. That's the impact I deliver: sustainable, scalable, predictable growth.
